The Challenge

EnviroSystems came in needing a new website, but a deeper look revealed a bigger issue, their three award-winning products had completely disconnected identities, feeling like they belonged to separate companies. For a recognised industry leader, that fragmentation was quietly undermining their credibility.

The Approach

I led a full brand consolidation, creating a unified master identity with distinct sub-logos for each product, all sitting cohesively under one roof. The goal was clarity without losing each product’s individual character. I kept the solutions practical and easy to align stakeholders around, knowing that in a company of 30-40 people, buy-in matters as much as the design itself.

From there, I restructured and redesigned the website with a sharper product hierarchy and improved visual experience, and replaced their existing setup with a WooCommerce system to make purchasing faster and more intuitive. To help customers understand how each product works, I produced short animations explaining key processes, turning complex agricultural solutions into something digestible and engaging. I also delivered a full brand identity booklet, giving their team and partners a clear reference for all future marketing and print use.

The Outcome

The new identity landed well across all three product lines. Website visitors stayed longer after the redesign, with data from the first three months confirming improved engagement. Online sales gradually increased, and the decision to bring a more approachable, story-driven tone to their brand paid off, social media organic engagement grew by over 20% following the content guidelines and posting strategy I put in place.
